This basil is well-known in greek cuisine and favoured for it's spicy and strong flavour. The plant is small and bushy, and produces numerous small, sharp and slender green leaves.
Harvest regularly to encourage bushy growth, and fertiliser sparingly (too much will reduce the fragrance of the leaves). Keep well watered and in partial-full sun.
Germination: 7-14 days under ideal conditions.
