A rainbow mix of yellow, red, golden, pink and white colours of swiss chard, this large vegetable is easy to grow and very pretty to look at! As a cut and come again crop, these can be harvested over a longer period by just removing the outer leaves and leaving the inside ones to grow again. More of a cool weather crop and suitable for hydroponic systems. 35-55 days to harvest.
Swiss chard tastes mild, fresh and crisp, and can be prepared in a variety of ways such as steaming, stir-frying and even eaten raw in salads.
Germination: 7-14 days under ideal conditions.
