Commonly known by the Japanese as the Komatsuma, these tender leaves can be picked young and eaten raw in salads, or grown to maturity and enjoyed stir-fried. These tender leafy greens are delicious with a nutty, mild mustard flavour and very nutritious - rich in vitamin A and C! While it is more of a cool-weather crop, they are resistent to bolting and can tolerate warmer conditions. Grow them easily in containers for yummy home-grown vege dishes. 45 days to harvest.
Germination: 7-14 days under ideal conditions.
Best before date: Dec 2021
