Toothache Plant, 30 seeds

The toothache plant is a odd looking flowering herb, it's namesake from the use of the plant to treat toothaches in traditional medicine. The herb originates from Brazil and has olive-shaped gold and red flowers. The flowers and leaves has a numbing and mouth-watering effect when eaten - which is why it was used as a natural remedy for a toothaches! The foliage can also be stir-fried with garlic and chilli as a dish of leafy greens.


Germination: 7-14 days under ideal conditions. These seeds need direct sunlight to germinate so do not bury under the growing medium.
