“Little beak” in Portuguese, the Biquinho chilli plant originates from Brazil and produces teardrop shaped yellow fruits resembling small bird beaks. Plants is high-yielding and generates numerous adorable little beaked-shaped fruits.
Flavour Profile:
Sweet, fruity and slightly smokey, with very mild heat. Commonly used in Brazil as a pickle. Can be eaten raw or made into sauces. [scoville unit: 500 - 1,000]
